Enter/update payment details, subscribe to a new plan, switch to a different plan, use a coupon, unsubscribe
In the top right hand corner, use the drop down menu accessed from your username to select the Billing option. This page will give access to,
- Providing a variety of payment method options, including direct debit
- Easily comparing subscription options
- Monitoring and forecasting your usage
- Buying additional features and design credit
Update Payment Details
Navigate to the Billing page for your organisation.
If you are entering payment details for the first time, you will be prompted to Add payment details:
If you need to make changes, you can Change payment details:
The popup window allows you to enter various payment method details, for example Card or Direct Debit.
Note: Wink Reports does not store or process your payment information. Any sensitive information is sent directly to our payment processor: Stripe.
Subscribe or Change Plans
Click View Plans or Change Plans (depending on if you have current subscription) to launch the plan popup window.
Switch between available plans to preview the differences:
This popup has the following features:
- Compare usage allocations. Current usage vs current allowance vs selected plan allowance
- Warnings if predicted usage will go over a limit
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
Use the Confirm plan change button to make the subscription change.
The following will happen:
- Your payment method will be charged immedately
- If changing plans, the difference will be applied pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period. This will mean an additional charge if upgrading, or an account credit if downgrading.
- An invoice will be generated, and a copy emailed to the billing email address
- Invoices can also be downloaded on-demand from the Usage page
Coupons
If you have a valid coupon, apply it to your account before selecting a subscription.
The coupon discount will be reflected in the pricing preview.
Cancel Subscription
Use the Cancel subscription button. You will be asked for confirmation.
When you unsubscribe, the following will happen:
- Access to the product and features will remain until the end of your billing period
- After a 90 day grace period, all connector data will be deleted
- After a 6 month grace period, the organisation will be deleted
