After logging in using your email and password, you need to enter an OTP. If you have no more access to your Authenticator, this will be the backup code we provided. You will need to change the “OTP Device” option in the Wink page to Backup Code for it to work.
After logging in, you can disable and re-enable your Multi Factor Authentication settings in the Profile settings:
In the Home menu, click on the right arrow next to your organisation name.
In the Profile menu, click on Two-Factor Authentication.
The Multi-Factor Authentication section will appear, showing all current settings.
Alternatively, click the People Icon in the lower-left corner of the screen, then click on Profile.
From here, you can disable and re-enable your Multi-Factor Authentication settings.
You’ll be able to set up MFA again using any authenticator app of your choice.
